The well, EI 28 #6, is a straight hole to ~10,900′ and encountered approximately 60′ of high quality gas sand around a depth of 10,600′.

Under SPRI direction, Rooster Petroleum drilled the well on its block and encountered approximately 30 feet net oil and gas pay. The Rooster #A-3 came online with initial production rates of 1,242 barrels of oil and 5.16 million cubic feet of gas per day.
